Elegant Expressions Square — Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All items are handcrafted and made to order. Typical processing time:

  • 3–7 business days for standard orders
  • 5–10 business days for bulk or corporate orders
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. Shipping speed is selected at checkout, and tracking information is provided for all orders.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and carrier. Local pickup in Springfield, Ohio is available at no cost.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 1–5 business days

These are carrier estimates and may vary.

5. Shipping Delays

Elegant Expressions Square is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or holidays and peak seasons. We will assist with carrier claims if needed.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Notify us within 48 hours

We will help file a claim, but replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost.

8. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer pays reshipping fees, and production time may restart depending on the product.

9. Local Pickup (Springfield, OH)

Local customers may choose free pickup. Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of completion. Once picked up, the order is considered complete.

10. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
